In our day to day life, perhaps more than anything and anyone, we neglect our hearts by being in our head, deeply engaged with thoughts most of the time. We are trained from early in life to look far ahead and to plan, gain, and achieve rather than to pause, feel, and be. This constant doing mode has made us a stranger to our deep inner self. No wonder Rumi, the poet and mystic, starts his volumes of wisdom by illustrating this separation in the story of the reed that has been cut from its origins at the river bank. And no wonder when, for the first time, we close our eyes to sit in silence and feel our inner self in meditation, it brings tears to our eyes to experience this separation and at the same time connect to ourselves after a long time, perhaps since our childhood. We do have the ability to connect inside, we only lost the way in the process of becoming who we thought we had to be in life. This webinar is a reminder of the separation and an invitation to the reunion. We will not do much, as the emphasis is on sheer remembering of our wholeness.
If you are tired of running around and feel you need to stop but don’t know how, if you are bored of the monotony of day to day life, if you are restless and worried with constant “what ifs” in your mind, if you have low mood and energy for life, or if you are a curious seeker and wonder if there is more to life, this webinar might give you a taste of what you need. The goal of this webinar is for participants to become more aware, softer with yourself and your experiences, and happier inside after the session
