Simonne Holm has been an artist and photographer, which has led her to her current career as an alkaline coach. As a Alkaline coach and plant-based cook, she helps people through her coaching services, and to take charge of their own health, and make cooking healthy, and delicious. Integrating her photography and graphic design skills with benefits of good foods, Simonne has published books, organized and conducted several programmes and lovely alkaline retreats for people interested in changing over to a healthier lifestyle. She is a regular contributor to the Heartfulness Magazine.
Simonne has been practising Heartfulness meditation since the past 25 years and has been recently trained as a certified trainer of Heartfulness meditation.
This has improved her intuition and her ability to handle the challenges in life and develops her awareness to make conscious lifestyle choices. Heartfulness meditation also helps her to stay balanced and easily manage stressful situations.
